Note: The features available to you will depend on the configuration and the current version of the iGo Portal you're using.
The new Refund Booking Button in the iGo Portal gives you the ability to issue refunds directly from the iGo Portal for Local Cab bookings (Uber).
To initiate a refund, the Refund Booking button will appear in the Activity screen when the user clicks on the booking to view detailed booking information.
This will prompt the user to give a reason for the refund and funds will then be deposited in to their iGo Wallet.
The passenger will then receive their refund from Uber (usually within 2-5 days).
Note: Only Local Cab bookings which have been made within the past 2 months are able to be refunded.
Note: The Refund Booking Button can only be made to issue full refunds. Partial refunds cannot be issued using this feature.
