What's New
Available Vehicle List
When creating a booking, you'll find the Available Vehicle List feature right below the map on the booking form. This feature is a list that shows all available drivers in the main zone and backup zones for this booking based on the dispatch settings you've chosen, giving you better visibility of all the suitable drivers available for the job.
This includes the following features:
- Time in Zone: You can see how long a driver has been in a zone, along with their vehicle's call sign and current zone location.

Live ETA: The system displays the live estimated time of arrival (ETA) of your selected vehicle and its call sign at the top of the map. You can select different vehicles in the list by using Ctrl + Arrow Up/Arrow Down.
- Map Shortcuts: To easily navigate around the map, use Ctrl + Shift + Arrows to move around and Ctrl + Shift + '+' / '-' to zoom in and out.

Approx. Distance: Displays the approximate distance of the vehicle from the pickup location. This column is hidden by default, to add this:
- Right-click on the table header.
- Select Customise Table.
- Click the Add ( + ) button next to Approx. Distance.
- Update Frequency: The system checks every 5 seconds for available vehicles and updates the list accordingly for up to 5 minutes, after which the list stops updating.
Dispatch Map Enhancements
We have made some improvements to the dispatch map for better usability. These enhancements include the following features:
- Clicking on the map will no longer unselect the booking marker.
- Locating a booking on the map is now faster, as the animation has been changed to jump directly to the booking.
Cookies Notice
When you access Booking & Dispatch, you may notice a new Cookies notice banner at the bottom of the screen. You'll be notified to either accept or decline the use of cookies. You can read the policy and change your choice as per your preference by clicking on your user icon at the top-right of the screen and selecting Cookie Policy from the menu.
Improvements
Follow On Bookings Message
We have changed the Follow On Bookings (FOB) message from an overridable warning to a confirmation pop-up.
Updated Translations
In this newest release, we have updated the translations available throughout B&D to ensure all text has the correct translations available.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Issue where the map on the dispatch screen is showing all zones for all companies when independent zones are enabled.
- Fixed: Issue when in BST, the date picker on the prebooking screen and global search is offsetting the selected date by a day.
