Driver Incentives introduce a new way to motivate drivers to fulfil undesirable jobs that often result in rejection, keeping drivers accepting more bookings and staying engaged.
What are Driver Incentives?
Incentives are a feature that allows you to offer incentives to motivate your drivers to work harder and complete more jobs. Operators can use incentives through Management and drivers can access them via their Driver Companion device.
Currently, you can set up Challenges in your system, where drivers automatically make progress in a challenge after completing job offers that meet your challenge criteria. This helps you to fulfil difficult jobs and improve your job completion rate. Drivers receive rewards for completing challenges, which they can use for beneficial actions such as skipping the queue, giving them more opportunities to earn. Ultimately, this benefits your customers by making it easier and more accessible for them to order taxis.
How to Use Incentives
Incentives is located in 365 Management by navigating to Drivers / Vehicles > Incentives.
Here you will find the Challenges section, where you can create and implement targets for your drivers to complete.
Note: Streak and Point Exchange are currently unavailable and will be coming soon in a future release! You must be on 365 Management 27.2418.001 or higher to use incentives. For Driver Companion users, Android Driver Companion 3.0+ or iOS Driver Companion 10.1+ are required.
