This article outlines common themes and recommendations regarding your relationship as a vendor with iGo-integrated aggregators (agents). It includes guidance on how to configure your system for optimal performance and ensure you're in the best position to receive aggregator work.
Introduction.
iGo connects taxi companies like yours with leading aggregators such as CMAC, Arriva, Jyrney, and Addison Lee. Each aggregator operates differently, so it's essential to understand how to work effectively with them.
This guide covers:
- How to connect and communicate with aggregators
- Setting up your coverage area
- Configuring pricing, booking controls, and capabilities
- Accessing important platform tools and documents
1. Communicating with Aggregators.
Aggregators have their own operational processes and expectations. Direct communication is crucial to:
- Introduce your business
- Understand each other’s coverage areas
- Confirm the types of jobs you'll handle
- Align pricing structures and job expectations
🔹 Tip: Aggregators operate across different parts of the UK. Speaking to them helps define and align your iGo coverage to ensure you’re eligible to receive work in those areas.
2. Reducing Cancellations & Managing Capacity.
Maintaining accurate coverage and availability reduces the risk of cancellations, which can affect your reputation with aggregators.
To reduce cancellations:
- Ensure your iGo coverage is correctly configured
- Communicate areas of peak and off-peak vehicle availability
- Respond promptly to changes in demand
🔹 Tip: Aggregators monitor operator reliability. A high cancellation rate—regardless of fault—may discourage them from allocating further jobs.
3. Onboarding and Aggregator Relationships.

This article outlines:
- Available aggregators
- How each manages pricing (i.e., direct to wallet or invoiced)
- Whether they send pricing via integration or rely on your tariffs
📌 Note: During onboarding, you must contact each aggregator you wish to work with to:
- Request a connection
- Sign any necessary agreements or contracts
Even if you are already active on iGo, we recommend periodically reaching out to new or previously inactive aggregators to expand your network.
4. Optimising Aggregator Performance.
Once integrated, there are a few key configuration areas to ensure you’re set up for success:
a. iGo Coverage Area.
Your coverage defines where you can receive bookings. iGo coverage applies platform-wide, not per aggregator.
To configure:
- Log in to the iGo Portal: https://igoportal.autocab.net
- Go to My Profile > Coverage
- Take a screenshot to share with aggregators if needed
📩 Email support@igomobility.tech if you'd like to review your coverage setup.
📝 If you're onboarding and haven’t set your coverage yet, submit a Google Maps image showing your desired area via your onboarding ticket.

b. Pricing.
Aggregator pricing methods vary:
- Fixed Pricing: Some (e.g., Arriva) send pricing with the booking. Your tariffs will not apply.
- Flexible Pricing: Others (e.g., Jyrney, Addison Lee) use your system’s tariffs or allow you to assign a specific tariff to their account.
Configuration tip:
- Use the “Use Selected Tariffs Only” mode to assign a custom tariff to an aggregator.
- Add surcharges if needed—but keep them competitive.
Remember: aggregators can compare pricing between vendors. Being competitive without compromising profitability is key.
c. Booking Controls.
To manage how and when iGo work is accepted:
- Use Booking Controls in 365 Management
- Enable or disable the Cab Exchange option by zone/time

d. iGo Capabilities.
Aggregators define job requirements using vehicle capabilities (e.g., Saloon, MPV, Executive).
To configure:
- Navigate to:
365 Management > Booking > Booking Source > Cab Exchange > Capabilities Tab - Map system capabilities (vehicle types/facilities) to those required by aggregators.
🔹 Most aggregators use a standard set of vehicle types. Ask for a list of their requirements or let them know which ones you support.
🧠 Tip: Enable "Override Standard Mappings" if you want separate mappings for iGo vs. Passenger App bookings.

5. iGo Terms & Conditions.
Ensure you're familiar with the iGo Terms & Conditions, including booking KPIs and compliance expectations:

6. Add-on: Local National Mode.
Local National Mode allows your Passenger App to:
- Be visible and usable outside your coverage area
- Accept work from customers using another operator’s app within your area
This broadens your potential job pool and visibility.
