Booking Controls - 365 Management > Booking > Booking Controls.
If you wish to control iGo bookings on your system, you must use Booking Controls and enable / disable the Cab Exchange option to block, hold or allow iGo work based on the specific zones and times you have set on the configuration.
Choose the relevant tab, so Accept Bookings, Auto Hold etc > Double click any zone to open the config for that zone (we will apply to all later)
In order to disable iGo bookings, untick the Cab Exchange options, as shown below:
Note: Accept Bookings will be an ON / OFF scenario, for Auto Hold, you would enable it; this will then hold the jobs.
Cab Exchange is now disabled for the specific zone you interacted with as shown:
In order to apply this to all zones, click and highlight the zone as shown above and use the "Copy Rule" button at the bottom left of the page and select the zones you need this applied to.
Configuring a new rule.
In order to configure a custom booking control rule, select the +Add button top right.
Selected "Default Rule" for all options, and disable Cab Exchange.
Note: Best use of this is to control times / days when this is applicable as well as which zones it's applied in.
You will then have to "Copy Rule" and apply to required zones as explained previously.
