Release Date: October 2024
Here you will find the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes for the 365 Management.
To ensure you have the best experience using our product, we recommend updating to the latest version available.
Note: The features available to you will depend on the configuration and the current version of the 365 Management you're using.
What's New
Enhanced Lead Times
We've improved our lead time offerings by allowing you to create exceptions against the default settings for specific scenarios, such as bookings with capabilities that require more time to allocate. This results in these bookings appearing on the active screen sooner.
On the Lead Times section, you can now create lead times exceptions where you may want to deviate from the default:
A lead time exception overrides your default lead times. When configuring exceptions, you use booking recipes to pinpoint certain bookings that require a lead time exception. A fixed value or percentage can uplift or decrease these exceptions.
Click here to read the configuration instructions.
To configure this feature:
- In Management, go to Booking > Punctuality Controls > Lead Times.
- Select Lead Times Exceptions.
- If using a multicompany system, select the Company you want to create an exception for.
- Use the dropdown menu to select a Booking Recipe.
- Select the Minus ( - ) button for a decrease on the lead time (takes waiting time off the default lead time) or select the Plus ( + ) for an increase on the lead time (adds more waiting time onto the default lead time).
- Select the Mins or Percentage (%) option for a fixed increment or a percentage addition to the default lead time. Using a fixed value makes more sense if the customer knows that their lead times need to be 5 mins higher for bookings at certain times of day or during the week. A percentage is useful when the default lead times table needs uplifting all at once for a specific booking type, as the uplift scales with the value in the table.
- Enter a value in the text field for the amount of buffer to apply.
- Select the Add button to add your exception to the list.
- Repeat these steps as needed.
Pay Reward Amount to Driver
A new toggle in Passenger Loyalty allows you to control whether reward amounts that are used to pay for a booking is paid to the driver or not. This allows you to have better control over your system when drivers do not need to be paid the reward amount of bookings that passenger have used their balance for.
To configure this setting:
- In 365 Management, go to Passengers > Passenger Profile > Passenger Loyalty > Settings.
- Toggle on the Pay Reward Amount to Driver to enable this setting or toggle off to disable.
When toggled on, this ensures that the reward amount used to pay for a booking is added to the Loyalty Card Cost field on a booking for the driver, meaning the driver is paid the reward amount used when their dockets are processed.
Dispatch Source
To provide more information to your drivers on why they have received a particular job, you can enable the use of Dispatch Sources appearing on Job Offers in Management.
How to configure:
- In 365 Management, go to Drivers / Vehicles > Driver Companion > Global Settings > Interface > Booking Offer Fields > Job Offer.
- Locate Dispatch Source and single-click in the Enabled column to enable () or disable ().
- Press Save to apply your changes.
If enabled, your drivers will see a banner on the job offer screen displaying the dispatch source.
Change Destination Controls
You can now control which booking types are allowed to have their destination changed by the driver, giving you a higher level of control over your system by allowing which drivers and which booking types allows or disallows the changing of a destination in the vehicle.
This allows passengers to change their mind on their destination are not under or over paying for their booking, meaning the price at the end of the journey is more accurate.
To configure these settings:
- In 365 Management, go to Drivers / Vehicles > Driver Companion > Settings Groups > Functionality Groups. Add or edit a group and go to the Interface tab.
- In the Side Menu Commands section, configure the options available under Change Destination.
- Ensure to click Save to apply your changes.
Change History for Driver & Vehicle Records
The 'Driver Details' and 'Vehicle Details' sections now include a Change History tab.
This tab records any edits made to the fields, displaying the username of the person who made the edit, the old and new values, the type of change (e.g. updated, deleted), and the date and time of the edit.
Incentives: Toggle On/Off
On the Incentives landing page, there is a new toggle which allows you to enable or disable Incentives across your system.
When disabling Incentives, it will no longer appear for your drivers in Driver Companion.
Loyalty: Pay Reward Amount to Driver
In Loyalty - Settings, there is a new setting 'Pay Reward Amount to Driver' which allows you to disable whether the driver receives the reward code payment amount for any booking they complete that is paid for (partially or in full) with a reward code.
Bulk Create Loyalty Card
To establish parity with Ghost Windows, you can now bulk create loyalty cards from the Reward Codes screen.
