What is the Docket Checks section?
The Docket Checks section is where you where you can check all your bookings to ensure they have the correct pricing/costs, as well as, the right information attached and are now ready for invoicing the customers and paying your drivers.
Filtering the Records
Upon opening the Docket Checks section, you are prompted to enter information to filter the records.
You can filter the data with the following options:
- From: Select a starting date of the date range in which to fetch the dockets.
- To: Select the end date of the date range in which to fetch the dockets.
- Account Type: Use the dropdown menu to choose which Account Type to filter by, e.g. Account, CabExchange, Cash.
- Company: (Only available in multicompany systems) Use the dropdown menu to select a Company to only show Dockets completed by the selected company.
- Driver: Use the dropdown menu to select a Driver to only show Dockets completed by the specified driver.
- Vehicle: Use the dropdown menu to select a Vehicle to only show Dockets completed by the specified vehicle.
Select the Search button to filter your data and then the dockets table is populated based on your filter criteria.
To change your filter at any point, select the 'F Filters' button located on the bottom shortcuts bar or press the 'F' key.

Within sections and sub-menus, you can find further shortcuts. You can view these shortcuts within the bottom-menu or click the Keyboard () icon to open the shortcut menu.
Viewing and Editing a Docket
Sometimes you may need to review dockets and even adjust some incorrect
To view and edit a docket:
- After filtering the records, use the Up and Down arrow keys to navigate the table or use your mouse.
- Navigate to the docket you would like to view and/or modify.
- Press Enter or double-click on the row to view.
- In the Customer Docket, you can edit the fields as required.
- Use the shortcuts located at the bottom of the screen to quickly adjust options such as Pricing and Booking Information.
- Once you are finished editing the docket, ensure to press the End key to Save (or click the End Save shortcut in the bottom bar).
On the table view, you can use shortcuts such as Insert to quickly edit the price of a docket without viewing it.
In the Edit Price modal you can easily update the Cost, Price, Extras and Waiting Time.

How to Approve/Unapprove a Docket
Approving a docket moves it to a state where you are satisfied with the information and it can be sent for invoicing.
To approve a docket:
- Select a docket.
- Press the 'A' Key or click the 'A Approve' shortcut in the bottom bar.
- The cross icon in the Approved column of the table then turns green check to indicate the docket is approved.
- You can select multiple dockets by holding the Shift key and pressing 'A'.
To unapprove a docket, follow the steps above and use the 'U' Key or click the 'U Unapprove' shortcut in the bottom bar. The green check will change to a grey cross icon in the Approved column.
Unapproving a docket ensures it does not mistakenly get posted if using the Post All shortcut.
How to Post a Docket
Posting a docket moves the order to invoicing, getting it ready for invoicing customers and paying your drivers.
To post an approved docket to invoicing:
- Select an approved docket.
- Press the 'P' Key or click the 'P Post' shortcut in the bottom bar.
- The posted dockets are automatically moved to Invoices in the Customer tab.
- You can post multiple dockets by holding the Shift key and pressing 'P'.
- To effortlessly post all approved dockets that are currently populated in the table, press the Shift + P keys or click the 'Shift + P Post All' shortcut in the bottom bar.
