What is the Invoices Retrieve section?
After creating invoices for your customers, you can use the Invoices Retrieve section to view all your previous invoices that have been sent to account customers.
Filtering the Records
Upon opening the Invoices section, you are prompted to enter information to filter the records.
You can filter the invoices with the following options:
- Invoice Type: Select the type of invoices to appear in the table.
- Standard: Filters the table to display your account customer invoices.
- Master: Filters the table to only display Master Account invoices.
- From: Select a starting date of the date range in which to fetch the invoices.
- To: Select the end date of the date range in which to fetch the invoices.
- Companies: (Only available in multicompany systems) Use the dropdown menu to select a Company or multiple to only show Invoices completed by the selected company.
- Account: Use the dropdown menu to select a customer Account to only show Invoices for the specified account. Leave this option empty to show invoices for all customer accounts.
- Driver: Use the dropdown menu to select a Driver to only show Invoices completed by the specified driver. Leave this option empty to show invoices for jobs completed by all drivers.
- Vehicle: Use the dropdown menu to select a Vehicle to only show Invoices completed by the specified vehicle. Leave this option empty to show invoices for jobs completed by all vehicles.
Select the Search button to filter your data and then the Invoices table is populated based on your filter criteria.
To change your filter at any point, select the 'F Filters' button located on the bottom shortcuts bar or press the 'F' key.

| Y | See the totals of all the invoices currently in the table |
| F1 | Opens a sub-menu where you can quickly switch between sections of Accounts V2 |

Viewing Dockets in an Invoice
To view the dockets contained in an invoice:
- Navigate to the invoice to view the dockets and press Enter or double-click on the invoice.
- Then press Enter or double-click on the dockets to view.
The following actions can also be used:
- Email: Select an invoice and then click the 'Email' button to email it to a customer.
- Export Dockets: Click the 'Export Dockets' button to export all the invoiced dockets into a file.
- Sage Export: Select an invoice and then click the 'Sage Export' button to create a Sage export.
- Sage Export All: Click the 'Sage Export All' button to create a Sage export for all the loaded invoices.
- Download Invoice: Select an invoice and then click the 'Download Invoice' button to download the invoice.
- Download Cover Page: Click to download the cover page of an invoice.
- Download Invoice Summaries: Click to download a summary of the invoices.
