What is the Driver Accounts section?
The Driver Accounts screen allows you to control the money that is owed by or owed to drivers.
Filtering the Records
Upon opening the Driver Accounts section, you are prompted to enter information to filter the records.
You can filter the invoices with the following options:
- Company: (Only available in multicompany systems) Use the dropdown menu to select a Company only show drivers for that company. Leave this option empty to show driver records for all your companies.
- Driver: Use the dropdown menu to select a Driver to only show their driver record. Leave this option empty to show all driver records in your system.
Select the Search button to filter your data and then the Invoices table is populated based on your filter criteria.
To change your filter at any point, select the 'F Filters' button located on the bottom shortcuts bar or press the 'F' key.

Processing a Driver
To process a driver:
- Navigate to the driver to process.
- Press CTRL + F5 or use the Process Selected button.
- In the Process Driver, configure the options for how you would like to process the account:
- Amount: If the driver has already paid their balance, enter the amount here.
- Process Dockets Only: Enable to only process the dockets and not the transactions
- Send As Email: Enable to send a copy of the driver sheet by email to the driver.
- Issue Date: Specify an issue date to appear on the sheet.
- Once configured, press the Process button to proceed.
- Note: When you process a driver their balance will be updated as any transactions attached to the driver account will be applied.
- In the popup, select Y (Yes) if you would like a copy of the sheet to download straight to your device or N (No).
- If Send As Email is configured, the email automatically sends to the driver where they can review the sheet.
You can also use the CTRL + F6 shortcut to process all drivers in your table in one action. As well as, there are draft options for processing your drivers which allow you to review the sheet before sending it to your driver.
