What is the Vehicle Sheet History section?
The Vehicle Sheet History screen contains all of your previous vehicle sheets that are created when drivers are processed. This screen is useful if you ever need to check the details of a driver sheet or resend one out to a driver if it wasn’t received.
Filtering the Records
Upon opening the Vehicle Sheet History section, you are prompted to enter information to filter the records.
You can filter the invoices with the following options:
- From: Select the start date of the range to search for sheets within.
- To: Select the end date of the range to search for sheets within.
- Company: (Only available in multicompany systems) Use the dropdown menu to select a Company only show vehicles sheets for that company. Leave this option empty to show vehicle sheets for all your companies.
- Driver: Use the dropdown menu to select a Vehicle to only show sheets processed for that vehicle. Leave this option empty to show all vehicle sheets in the system.
Select the Search button to filter your data and then the Invoices table is populated based on your filter criteria.
To change your filter at any point, select the 'F Filters' button located on the bottom shortcuts bar or press the 'F' key.

| F4 | Opens a sub-menu where you can access records for various sections such as customers, drivers, tax rates, etc. |
| CTRL + S | Opens the Global Search modal where you can search across your system for bookings using several options to tailor your search criteria |
| CTRL + / | Access the Settings menu where you can adjust the app configuration, notifications and reset elements of the system |
| ALT + , | View the driver details of the selected invoice |
| ALT + . | View the vehicle details of the selected invoice |
View Vehicle Sheet History
To view the vehicle sheet history:
- Press Enter or double-click on a vehicle sheet from the table.
Note: You cannot edit the sheet history details or any dockets here as the vehicle sheet has already been created and sent out.
- From here, you can use the following shortcuts:
- D - View the dockets within the selected sheet
- Del - Deletes the currently selected sheet
- Enter - View the currently selected sheet
- Esc - Close the window and return to the Vehicle Sheet History main page
- F5 - Opens a sub-menu where you can download the selected sheet straight to your device or email.
- N - Add a note to the selected sheet
