What's New
Wallboard Redesign
We are excited to announce that we have enhanced the standard Wallboard design to improve readability and user experience.
New features and functionality have also been added which includes:
- Queue Stats Bar: Shows a quick queue of agent totals including number of agents in the queue, agents waiting/on call and paused. Click to select a queue and view the queue agents in the main window.
- Queue Modes: You can choose between single and multiple modes. Single mode only shows one queue on a main window. Multiple modes display multiple queues.
- Queue Settings: There are a number of new queue settings alongside the new features, including:
- Queue Rotation: Enables the rotation of selected queues. There is different behavior settings for single and multiple queue modes.
- Queue Rotation Interval: Sets the time interval for queue rotation.
- Agents Rotation: Rotates agents for a selected queue if their number is above the threshold.
- Agents Rotation Threshold: Set the threshold for agent rotation.
- Agents Rotation Interval: Sets the time interval for agent rotation.
These settings are accessible in the Wallboard settings section. To apply local settings on a device and override the global settings, you can directly configure these settings on a Wallboard.
Blocklist: Hangup Option
There is a new setting which allows you to control whether a blocklist customer is automatically hung up on. Phantom retrieves the block list from Management/Ghost and automatically hangs up on those numbers, saving time and effort from agents. Use the new toggle, 'Hangup on Ghost Block List Numbers', in General Settings to enable or disable this feature.
Wallboard: Management View
We have added a new view in Management where the Queue Number and Queue Alpha tag are shown while the webphone is being used. The new queue overview wallboard shows stats per queue in a table, displaying Agents in a queue, live calls in a queue and queue stats for the stat queue.
Voicemail Section
We have added a new section where you can manage voicemails associated with each Agent.
Swedish TTS Translations
We have added Swedish TTS translations files.
Yealink Auto-Answer
Phantom now supports auto-answer on Yealink devices after one second when *11 is enabled.
Granular Access Control
Phantom now supports granular access controls for front end users.
Improvements
Bermuda Number Translation
We have added a translation locale for the Bermuda number.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Issue where there is a long timeout on IVR prompts
- Fixed: Issue where the global call recording prompt is not working correctly.
- Fixed: Issue preventing ring group wallboards from working when using PJSIP.
- Fixed: Issue where items were not staying highlighted when re-sorting tables.
- Fixed: Issue where adding a new music on hold and attempting to upload a file that is incompatible or too large incorrectly results in a blank music on hold entry adding to the table.
- Fixed: Issue where Message Waiting Indications (MWI) do not work on PJSIP.
- Fixed: Issue where linked call recordings were not showing in the correct chronological order when the call is parked.
- Fixed: Issue where additional button maps cannot be created.
