What's New
Landing Page for Travel Programs
To introduce standardisation with other sections of the accounts portal and improve user experience, a landing page for Travel Programs has now been implemented, provided this area has not yet been configured.
Updated 'Future' Terminology
We have revised the wording throughout CAP. All references to 'Future' have been updated to 'Schedule'. For instance, 'Future Only Bookings' is now referred to as 'Schedule Only Bookings'.
Time-Based Approval Rules
We have introduced a set of time-based approval rules within Travel Programs, including setting a time limit for approvals and implementing a rule where the booking is either automatically approved or cancelled.
Total Price in Activities
In the footer of each section within Activities, there is new text that displays the total value of the journeys in the table. Upon filtering the table, this value is reflected. We have also updated the .CSV export functionality to reflect the total journey value at the bottom of the relevant sections.
View Booking Station from Activity Table
You can now click the Stations Icon in the first column on the Activity Table to quickly view a read-only version of the booking station used to make the booking.
Booking Template: Address Markers Restriction
When creating a booking template with a predefined pickup address, the third step lets users adjust the pickup point by dragging a marker on the map. To ensure that the pickup point stays close to the designated area, we have implemented a restriction: the marker cannot be moved more than 500 meters away from the predefined address.
If a user attempts to drag the marker beyond this limit, an error message appears to inform them to adjust the marker within the boundary.
Improvements
Changes to "Booked At" Time
For bookings that require approval, the 'Booked At' time previously changed to indicate when the booking was approved. However, this field should always display the time when the passenger made the booking. To address this issue, we have introduced a new field in all relevant sections of the accounts portal named 'Confirmed At' which shows the exact time the booking was approved alongside the existing 'Booked At' time field.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Issue where the 'Filter Passenger's input does not filter the full list of results when paginated.
