Bug Fixes
- Fixed: Several UX issues with the new standard Wallboard including:
- Calls are piling up behind the "Lines in use" text.
- Bounced calls are not showing up on agent widgets.
- White corners appear on the calls waiting for when using dark mode.
- Fixed: Issue where the new Wallboard is not retaining all the queues after refreshing or a new login, only showing the first default queue.
- Fixed: Issue where the IVR Landline/Mobile toggles are not working for numbers other than UK and Brazil numbers.
- Fixed: Issue where the user cannot change the text size for counter widgets on a custom Wallboard.
- Fixed: Issue where anonymous calls are not showing as 'anonymous' in the main calls report when using an alpha tag on that route.
- Fixed: Issue where Answered Missed Call Backs are incorrectly counting towards the Missed Call Total in the Main Calls report.
- Fixed: Issue where older call recordings are unavailable on the Main Calls report.
- Fixed: Issue where users below tier 4 can access the support section.
- Fixed: Issue where data is missing from scheduled reports.
