Driver Recruitment allows you to set up a portal for potential drivers to access via a web link where they can follow a simple, step-by-step guide to submit their details and documents as part of their application to join your taxi firm!
How Does it Work?
In 365 Management, you'll find a new section called Driver Recruitment. This area allows you to design and manage recruitment campaigns, customise your communications and messaging to the applicants, and review both ongoing and completed applications.
The campaign is accessible from anywhere using desktop web browsers, mobile devices, or tablets, enabling potential recruits to apply from the comfort of their own homes without needing to visit the office.
Upon successful application, a driver and vehicle record can be created using the information submitted by the driver. After this, you can issue a license so the driver can log into Driver Companion and get started!
