The Lead Times screen allows you to configure and control your lead times for when your advanced bookings are made active.
This is useful for ensuring your taxis arrive on time to your customer and maintaining a positive reputation.
To access this screen:
- Click on Lead Times from the Booking > Punctuality Controls dropdown menu.
Configure Lead Times
To configure your lead times:
- Select a Company and Zone.
- Double-click on a day/time cell to enter a lead time in minutes.
- Then click Save.
Note: To quickly set multiple lead times to the same value, edit a cell, and then click and drag to update the other cells.
Note: To copy the configured lead times to multiple zones, click on the Copy To Zones button at the bottom left-hand side.
