The Overbooking Protection screen is where you can control how many bookings your Autocab system can accept at different times of the day.
For example, if you know when your busy periods are throughout each week, then you can set up timetables and rules to allow only a certain amount of bookings to be accepted for each timeframe, zone, company or capability.
To access this screen:
- Click on Overbooking Protection from the Booking dropdown menu.
