The Tariffs screen is where you can configure custom Variable and Fixed tariffs. Here you can set up and manage pricing rules for rides, providing a user-friendly creation wizard to help you define different tariff structures based on various parameters, such as distance, time, and special conditions.
To access this screen:
- Click on Tariffs from the Pricing and Payments dropdown menu.
In Tariffs, there are two types of tariffs you can configure: Variable and Fixed.
Variable Tariffs
Variable tariffs are dynamic pricing tariffs that calculate fares based on the distance travelled by a driver. These tariffs adapt to the specific journey's length and conditions, ensuring that passengers are charged fairly based on the distance they travel.
See the Variable Tariffs - 365 Management article for more information.
Fixed Tariffs
Fixed tariffs offer a consistent, predetermined fare from point A to point B. These tariffs are ideal for scenarios where pricing remains constant, such as airport transfers.
See the Fixed Tariffs - 365 Management article for more information.
