The job verification feature is used to ensure jobs follow set rules from acceptance to completion.
For example, if a rule has been set to check for prices changes on account jobs. Then if the agreed price has changed, the following screen will be displayed to verify the reason for the change.
This feature is useful for ensuring passengers are charged the correct price, and drivers are receiving the right amount for their journey.
Note: The requested checks on this screen will vary depending on your organisations' configuration of this feature.
To complete these checks:
- Click on an appropriate reason, state why, and then press Done.
- If required, press on the camera icon to add photo proof.
Note: Checks are only made on completion of a job, and if you have made a mistake on the amounts you have entered, you can always go back and correct it.
