The People section is where you can manage all of your passengers and departments.
Managing your passengers
The Passengers tab allows you to add and manage passengers within an account.
Adding a passenger
To add a new passenger:
- Click on the Add button.
- Enter the required passenger details.
- Then click Save.
Note: You won't be able to select a Department, Travel Program, Booking Template, Booker, Approver, or Role until you have set up these elements.
Passenger Activation
An account activation email will be sent to the email address associated with the newly created passenger.
If a passenger doesn’t receive the activation email, then you can re-send it by clicking the Email Link button when viewing a passenger’s details.
Note: A passenger will only be able to book using the Corporate Accounts Portal if they have a Travel Program assigned to them, or the Department they are a part of has an associated Travel Program.
Managing your departments
The Departments tab allows you to add and manage departments within an account.
Adding a department
To add a new department:
- Click on the Add button.
- Enter the required department details.
- Then click Save.
Note: You won't be able to select Travel Programs, Booking Templates, Bookers, Approvers, or Managers until you have set up these elements.
Filter & Search
To filter the passenger or department tables:
- Type into the following filtering fields displayed above the table data.
To filter within individual fields:
- Type into the field and then select an appropriate item from the dropdown menu.
To search for a passenger or department:
- Type into the Search box and then select an appropriate item from the dropdown menu.
Note: You can also filter the table data using the graph toggles at the top of each section.
