You can cancel a booking before or after you've been matched with a driver.
To cancel a booking before you've matched with a driver:
- Click on "Activities" in the top-right hand corner, and then click "Upcoming".
- Find your booking and click on it to view the booking details.
- Click on "Cancel".
- You will then be asked to confirm the cancellation.
To cancel a booking after you've been matched with a driver:
- Click on "Activities" in the top-right hand corner, and then click "Live".
- Find your booking under the "Dispatched" and click on it to view the booking details.
- Click on "Cancel".
- You will then be asked to confirm the cancellation.
Please note: Bookings cannot be cancelled via E-Booker when the booking is within the "Vehicle Arrived" or "Passenger On-Board" status.
