How to cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking before or after you've been matched with a driver.

To cancel a booking before you've matched with a driver:

1. Click on "Activities" in the top-right hand corner, and then click "Upcoming".
2. Find your booking and click on it to view the booking details.
3. Click on "Cancel".
4. You will then be asked to confirm the cancellation.

To cancel a booking after you've been matched with a driver:

1. Click on "Activities" in the top-right hand corner, and then click "Live".
2. Find your booking under the "Dispatched" and click on it to view the booking details.
3. Click on "Cancel".
4. You will then be asked to confirm the cancellation. 

Please note: Bookings cannot be cancelled via E-Booker when the booking is within the "Vehicle Arrived" or "Passenger On-Board" status.
