How to send operator messages?

You can send operator message by:

1. Be viewing the active screen. 
2. Click on the "speech bubble" icon in the top-right hand corner.
3. This will now load the "Operator Messages" page.
4. Click on the "New Message" button.
5. Select the "User" (Operator) and enter the "Message".
6. Once happy with the message simply click "Send".
