How to add a Capability?

To add a new capability:

1. From the left-hand dropdown menu, click on "Drivers / Vehicles" and then "Capabilities".
2. Click on the "Add" button to open the "Add New Capability" popup.
3. Set up the required capability fields.
4. Click on "Create" to save as a new capability.
