The Callers List screen is where you can create custom caller lists to give special services to certain customers or block any problem customers from making bookings.
To access this screen:
- Click on Callers List from the Passengers > Passenger Profile dropdown menu.
Valued List
The Valued List tab is where you can add valued customers to be whitelisted.
Add a valued list
To add a customer/address to the valued list:
- Click on the Add button on the right-hand side.
- Enter the caller's details.
When adding a blocked caller entry the following details can be entered:
- Company: The company you want the customer/address to be blocked by.
- Doesn't Apply to Delivery Jobs:
- Select Global to apply the setting Delivery Jobs Excluded from Blocklist from the Block List tab.
- Select Yes to NOT allow customer/addresses to place delivery orders.
- Select No to allow customer/addresses to still place delivery orders despite being blocked from booking taxis.
- Phone Number The phone number associated with the customer you want to add to the list.
- Email: The email associated with the customer you want to add to the list.
- Address type:
- Exact Match: The exact address you want to block. This must be precise.
- Free Type: This address has a larger area of tolerance. You can specify where this address is close to.
- Address: The address associated with the customer/location you want to block.
- Reason: The reason a customer/address is being added to the list. This will be displayed in the booking and dispatch when a booking is made for this customer/address.
- Then click Create.
Note: To create an entry the Company and Address or Phone number are needed. All other details are optional.
Block List
The Block List tab is where you can add customers to be blacklisted.
Delivery Jobs Excluded from Blocklist: Enable this if you want blocked customers to be unable to receive deliveries through the delivery point.
Add a block list
To add a customer/address to the blocked list:
- Click on the Add button on the right-hand side.
- Enter the caller's details.

- Company: The company you want the customer/address to be blocked by.

Editing an entry:
To edit an entry:
- Double-click the entry to view it.
- Edit the caller details.
- Then click Add.
Changes made to an entry can be seen when viewing that entry.
- Date: The date and time the entry was edited.
- User: The username of the person who made the change.
- Field: The field which was changed.
- Previous Value: The previous value of the field which was changed.
- New Value: The new value that the field was changed to.
Note: You can also Delete, Deactivate, or Reinstate a valued or blocked number when editing the entry.
