Configuring Booking Tags - 365 Management

The Booking Tags screen is where you can add custom tags to your addresses, accounts, and phone numbers. 

This is useful for tagging requested drivers/vehicles or capabilities to certain addresses, accounts, and phone numbers. 

To access this screen:

1. Click on Booking Tags from the Booking dropdown menu.
   
   

Address Tags

The Address Tags are useful when a specific address needs a requested driver, vehicle and or capabilities tagging to the bookings.

Add an address tag

To add a custom address tag:

1. Click on the Add button on the right-hand side. 
   
   
2. Enter any required details (marked with an asterisk *):
   
   Address Type: Select which type of address to use.
   Applies To: Toggle if the address should be applied to a booking's Pickup, Via, and or Destination. 
   Address Match Mode: Select which address mode to use.
   - Any: If selected, the tag will be applied if the address is used on any of the address fields.
   - All: If selected, the tag will be applied only if the address is used on all of the address fields.
   Capabilities: Select which capabilities should be automatically applied to the address booking.
   Requested and Forbidden Vehicles: Click the (Tick) or (Cross) icons to select which vehicles will be requested for a booking using this address, and which are forbidden from accepting it.
   Requested and Forbidden Drivers: Click the (Tick) or (Cross) icons to select which drivers will be requested for a booking using this address, and which are forbidden from accepting it.
   
   
3. Then click Create.

Account Tags

The Account Tags are used for your corporate accounts and will tag requested drivers, vehicles and or capabilities to bookings placed by account customers. 

Add an account tag

To add a custom account tag:

1. Click on the Add button on the right-hand side. 
   
   
2. Enter any required details (marked with an asterisk *):
   
   Account: Select which customer account this tag will be applied to.
   Account Suspended: Toggle to mark the account as suspended. 
   Account Active: Toggle to mark the account as active. 
   Capabilities: Select which capabilities should be automatically applied to the account booking.
   Requested and Forbidden Vehicles: Click the (Tick) or (Cross) icons to select which vehicles will be requested for a booking using this account, and which are forbidden from accepting it.
   Requested and Forbidden Drivers: Click the (Tick) or (Cross) icons to select which drivers will be requested for a booking using this account, and which are forbidden from accepting it.
   
   
3. Then click Create.

Telephone Tags

The Telephone Tags can be set to landline or mobile phone numbers and are used by the system to automatically tag a booking and populate it with a requested driver, vehicle and or capability.

Add a telephone tag

To add a custom telephone tag:

1. Click on the Add button on the right-hand side. 
   
   
2. Enter any required details (marked with an asterisk *):
   
   Phone Number: Enter a customers telephone or mobile number to apply this tag to.
   Capabilities: Select which capabilities should be automatically applied to the account booking.
   Requested and Forbidden Vehicles: Click the (Tick) or (Cross) icons to select which vehicles will be requested for a booking using this account, and which are forbidden from accepting it.
   Requested and Forbidden Drivers: Click the (Tick) or (Cross) icons to select which drivers will be requested for a booking using this account, and which are forbidden from accepting it.
   
   
3. Then click Create.
