The Companies screen allows you to add and manage multiple companies using the same system.
To access this screen:
- Click on Companies from the General Settings dropdown menu.
Note: If you are unable to add another company, please contact our support team to increase your maximum number of companies.
Add company
To add a new company:
- Click on the Add button on the right-hand side.
- Enter any required company details (marked with an asterisk *) within each tab.
- Then click Create.
Details
- Name: The name of the company.
- Company ID: This field automatically populates when clicking create.
- Landline: The company's landline number.
- Fax Number: The company's fax number.
- VAT Number: The company's VAT number is typically shown on an invoice.
- Registered Number: The company's registered number.
- Company Code: Enter a unique code for the company or leave blank.
- Website: Add the company website URL.
- Email Address: Enter the main email address for the company.
- Enabled: Toggle to enable or disable this company.
- Latitude/ Longitude: Enter the coordinates of the company office.
- Address: Enter the company's full address details.
Communication
- Ringback Mode: Select if ringback mode is enabled or disabled for this company.
- Textback Mode: Select if textback mode is enabled or disabled for this company.
- Passenger App Download URL: Enter the app store URL for your passenger app.
- Separated Email Settings: Enable to add separate email settings for this company.
- Ringback Caller ID: Here you can enter the company's main landline number.
- Called IDs: Add custom caller IDs for company numbers.
Options
- Colour: Click to add a custom colour for this company.
- Dispatch Delay To All Companies (secs): Enable to set a dispatch delay if bookings are available to every company on your system.
- Dispatch Delay Per Company (secs): This allows you to set custom dispatch delays for each company on your system.

Address Database Centre Coordinate:
- Latitude/ Longitude: Enter the coordinates of the company office.
- Area Width (m): Enter the area width to restrict the address search to only this area.
- Area Height (m): Enter the area height to restrict the address search to only this area.
Multi-company Settings
The multi-company settings tab is where you can decide which system elements should be independent for each company.
For example, you may choose to have independent zones since each company is based in a different area.
- Independent Zones: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own zones.
- Independent Feeder Zones: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own feeder zones.
- Independent Tariffs: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own tariffs.
- Independent Zone Booking Controls: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own booking controls.
- Independent Overbooking Protection: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own overbooking rules.
- Independent App Users: Enable to split your app users up for each company.
- Independent Queue Positions: Enable to have separate queue positions based on the zone and company.
- Share Mobile Bookings Immediately: Enable to share all mobile bookings between every company on your system.
- Independent Query Rectangles: Enable to have independent query rectangles for each company.
- Use Local Address Rectangle For Custom Address: Toggle on to enable companies to retrieve custom address results that are only applicable to their local area.
- Independent Advanced Backup Zones: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own backup zones.
- Independent Accounts: Select if accounts should be separated per company.
- Independent Zone Lead Times: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own zone lead times.
- Independent Rewards: Enable to allow each company to be configured with their own rewards and promo codes.
