The Booking tab allows you to enable or disable certain e-booker features.
To access this screen:
- Go to the AppSettings portal and click on the Ebooking tab.
- Then click on the Booking tab.
The following settings can be configured:
- Allow Cancel Booking: Enable to allow customers to cancel their bookings.
- Force Login For Booking: Enable to force customers to log in to your e-booker before they can place a booking.
- Force Destination For Booking: Enable to force customers to enter a destination before they can place a booking.
- Force Email For Booking: Enable to force customers to enter their email address before they can place a booking.
- Use NextGen Ebooking: Enable to use the newest e-booker rather than the older version.
- Force Login for Quote: Enable to force customers to log in before they can see a vehicle quote.
- Booking Buffer In Seconds: Set in seconds, how long a customer has to wait before they can place another booking.
- Allow Cancel After Dispatch: Enable to allow customers to cancel their bookings after a driver has been dispatched.
- Force Login For Credit Card: Enable to force customers to log in to your e-booker before they can place a booking using a credit card.
- Force Destination For Credit Card: Enable to force customers to enter a destination before they can place a booking using a credit card.
- Cash Booking Confirmation Email: Enable to send a confirmation email to the customer for cash bookings.
- Card Booking Confirmation Email: Enable to send a confirmation email to the customer for card bookings.
- Account Booking Confirmation Email: Enable to send a confirmation email to the customer for account bookings.
- Can Add Driver Notes: Enable to allow customers to add notes that a driver can read on the booking details.
- Can Add Vias: Enable to allow customers to add Vias to their journey.
- Can Search Flights: Enable to allow customers to search for and add flight details to their booking.
- Cash Booking Receipt Email: Enable to send a receipt via email to the customer when a cash booking is placed.
- Card Booking Receipt Email: Enable to send a receipt via email to the customer when a card booking is placed.
- Account Booking Receipt Email: Enable to send a receipt via email to the customer when an account booking is placed.
Note: Remember to click the 'Save' button to save your changes.
