The Agent Overview report will show you a detailed outline of how many calls have come through to specific agents in your queues.
To access this screen:
- Click on Agent Overview from the Reports > Agent Stats menu.
Get updated report
To an updated report:
- Select the Start/ End Date.
- Then click Get Report.
To export the report into a CSV file:
- Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.
The report will then be exported.
