The Top Agents report can be used to find the best-performing agents and compare their stats.
To access this screen:
- Click on Top Agents from the Reports > Agent Stats menu.
Get updated report
To an updated report:
- Select the Start Date, Agents, and Queue.
- Then click Get Report.
