Ring Group Calls

The Ring Group Calls report provides you with ring group call statistics.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Ring Group Calls from the Reports > Call Reports menu.
   
   

Get updated report

To an updated report:

1. Select the Start/ End Date.
   
   Note: You can also filter by specific caller telephone numbers using the 'Caller' field. 
   
   
2. Then click Get Report.
   
   

Export

To export the report into a CSV file:

1. Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.
   
   

The report will then be exported.
