The Calls By Type report provides you with an overview of how calls were answered or terminated on your system.
To access this screen:
- Click on Calls By Type from the Reports > Call Stats menu.
Get updated report
To an updated report:
- Select the Start Date.
- Then click Get Report.
To export the report into a CSV file:
- Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.
The report will then be exported.
