Calls By Type - Phantom

The Calls By Type report provides you with an overview of how calls were answered or terminated on your system.

To access this screen:

  1. Click on Calls By Type from the Reports > Call Stats menu.

Get updated report

To an updated report:

  1. Select the Start Date.

  2. Then click Get Report.

Export

To export the report into a CSV file:

  1. Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.

The report will then be exported.
