The Ring Group Statistics report allows you to view reports containing ring group agent statistics.
To access this screen:
- Click on Ring Group Statistics from the Reports > Call Stats menu.
Get updated report
To an updated report:
- Select the Start/ End Date.
- Then click Get Report.
