The Success Rate report shows you how successful the Virtual Operator has been with its calls.
To access this screen:
- Click on Success Rate from the Reports > VO Reports menu.
Get updated report
To an updated report:
- Select the Start/ End Date, View, and Operator.
- Then click Get Report.
