The VO Hourly Calls report provides you with a breakdown of each call type made through Virtual Operator during specific hours.
To access this screen:
- Click on VO Hourly Calls from the Reports > VO Reports menu.
Get updated report
To an updated report:
- Select the Start/ End Date and Operator.
- Then click Get Report.
To export the report into a CSV file:
- Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.
The report will then be exported.
