The Schedule screen allows you to create custom schedules for sending reports by email automatically.
To access this screen:
- Click on Schedule from the Reports menu.
Create a schedule
To create a new schedule:
- Click on Create New Schedule in the top-right.
- Configure the schedule:
Recipients: Here add the email you would like the reports to be sent to.
Label: Enter a name for your report.
Email at: Set the date and time you would like to receive the report.
Start: Set the date and start time for the report. (The data within the specified Start & End time will be noted)
End: Set the date and end time for the report. (The data within the specified Start & End time will be noted)
Agent: Select to receive reports for either All Agents or individual Agents.
Report Type: Choose the type of report you would like to be sent from the drop-down menu.
Repeat: How frequently you would like the report to be emailed. - Then click Save.
