The Inbound/Outbound Recordings screen is used for managing any calls that have passed through your system and gives you the ability to listen to these recordings.
To access this screen:
- Click on Inbound/Outbound Recordings from the Recordings menu.
Search for recordings
To search for recordings:
- Select the Start/ End Date.
Note: You can narrow down your search by typing in the search field.
- Then click Search.
Listen to recordings
To listen to the recordings:
- Click on the (Mic) icon for a recording.
- Then click on the (Play) icon.
Note: You can also download the recording or change the playback speed by clicking on the (...) icon.
