The Dialling Groups screen allows you to create dialling groups that can be applied to extensions or agents.
To access this screen:
- Click on Dialling Groups from the Routing menu.
Add a dialling group
To add a new dialling group:
- Click on Add Rule in the top-right.
- Configure your rule settings:
Name: Enter a unique name for the dialling group.
Calling Rules to match: Toggle to enable or disable specific calling rules.
Trunks to use: Toggle to enable or disable specific trunks.
Privileges: Toggle to enable or disable privileges.
Withheld: Toggle to enable or disable withheld. - Then click Save.
