The Announcements screen allows you to add new announcements to your system.
To access this screen:
- Click on Announcements from the Routing menu.
Add an announcement
To add a new announcement:
- Click on Add Announcement in the top-right.
- Configure your announcement settings:
Name: Enter a unique name for the announcement.
Termination: Select what should happen when a call ends.
Message: Select and add a message to be played for the announcement.
Messages: This field will display added messages.
- Then click Save.
