The Invoices Retrieve screen contains all your previous invoices that have been sent to account customers.
To access this screen:
- Click on the Invoice Retrieve button from Accounts > Customer Accounts.
To filter the invoice table:
- Configure your search fields on the left-hand side.
- Then click Search.
View invoiced dockets
To view the dockets contained in an invoice:
- Select an invoice.
- Then double-click on the invoice.
Note: You can also view the details of an invoiced docket by double-clicking on it from the list.
The following actions can also be used:
- Email Invoice: Select an invoice and then click the 'Email' button to email it to a customer.
- Export Dockets: Click the 'Export Dockets' button to export all the invoiced dockets into a file.
- Sage Export: Select an invoice and then click the 'Sage Export' button to create a Sage export.
- Print Invoice: Select an invoice and then click the 'Print Invoice' button to print the invoice.
- Print Invoice Summaries: Click to print a summary of the invoices.
