The Activity screen allows you to manage bookings completed by operators and potential disputes.
To access this screen:
- Click on Activity from the left-hand menu.
Bookings
The Bookings tab shows you all the bookings that have been completed through the iGo Network.
View booking details
To view the details of a booking:
- Double-click on a booking from the table.
The details will then be displayed in the "Details" tab.
Booking enquiry
To enquire about a booking:
- Click on the Enquire button.
- Enter the enquiry Reason.
- Then click Create Dispute.
Disputes
The Disputes tab allows you to view and manage any booking disputes that have been raised.
View dispute details
To view the details of a dispute:
- Double-click on a dispute from the table.
The details will then be displayed.
View dispute booking details
To view the details of a booking with a dispute:
- Click on the View Booking button.
Escalate dispute
To escalate a dispute:
- Click on the Escalate Dispute button.
- Enter the escalation Reason.
- Then click Escalate.
