Telephone Booking Tags - Ghost

The Telephone Booking Tags screen is where you can add custom tags to your addresses.

This is useful when a specific address needs a requested driver, vehicle and or capabilities tagging to the bookings.

To access this screen:

1. Click on the Telephone Booking Tags button from Management > Booking Tags.
   
   

Add an address tag

To add a custom address tag:

1. Click on the New button at the top. 
   
   
2. Enter any required details.
   
   
3. Then click OK.

The following settings can be configured:

• Telephone Number: Enter a customer's telephone number to apply this tag to.
• Capabilities: Select which capabilities should be automatically applied to the account booking.
• Requested Vehicles: Select which vehicles will be requested for a booking using this account.
• Requested Drivers: Select which drivers will be requested for a booking using this account.
