Warning Times - Ghost

The Warning Times screen allows you to configure and control your warning times for when your advanced bookings are made active.

This is useful for ensuring your taxis arrive on time to your customer and maintaining a positive reputation.

To access this screen:

  1. Click on the Warning Times button from Management > Booking Control.

Configure Warning Times

To configure your warning times:

  1. Select a Zone at the top.

  2. Then double-click on a day/time cell to enter a warning time in minutes.

  3. Then click Enter.

Note: To copy the configured warning times to multiple zones, press F12 (Copy to Zones) and then select the zones.

Note: To quickly set multiple warning times to the same value, edit a cell, and then use F9 (Copy to Row) or F10 (Copy to Column) to update the other cells.
