The Pickup Delays report shows you the waiting time in minutes for each zone or the total number of jobs.
To access this screen:
- Click on the Pickup Delays button from Management > Reports.
Filtering
To filter the report:
- Configure your search fields on the left-hand side.
- Then click Search.
The report will then be populated based on your search criteria.
Note: You can zoom in on the graph to view more details by clicking and dragging on the graph.
