The Warnings screen is where you can configure late alerts for each booking type, as well as messages to inform customers their booking is running late.
The late alerts are also helpful for informing your operators a booking is running late and prioritising the booking to ensure your drivers reach the customer in good time.
To access this screen:
- Click on the Warnings button from Management > Settings > Configuration.
The following settings can be configured:
Lateness Warnings
- ASAP Cash Booking Late Settings: Click "Edit" to add the number of minutes late and priority level (1-9) for ASAP cash bookings.
- Send Text/Ringback Message: Enter a custom message to send to customers if their ASAP cash booking will be late.
- ASAP Account Booking Late Settings: Click "Edit" to add the number of minutes late and priority level (1-9) for ASAP account bookings.
- Send Text/Ringback Message: Enter a custom message to send to customers if their ASAP account booking will be late.
- Prebooked Account Booking Late Settings: Click "Edit" to add the number of minutes late and priority level (1-9) for prebooked account bookings.
- Send Text/Ringback Message: Enter a custom message to send to customers if their prebooked account booking will be late.
- Prebooked Cash Booking Late Settings: Click "Edit" to add the number of minutes late and priority level (1-9) for prebooked cash bookings.
- Send Text/Ringback Message: Enter a custom message to send to customers if their prebooked cash booking will be late.
- App Booking Late Settings: Click "Edit" to add the number of minutes late and priority level (1-9) for app bookings.
- Send Text/Ringback Message: Enter a custom message to send to customers if their app booking will be late.
- IVR Late Settings: Click "Edit" to add the number of minutes late and priority level (1-9) for ASAP IVR bookings.
- Send Text/Ringback Message: Enter a custom message to send to customers if their IVR booking will be late.
- Text Message: Enter a custom text message to send to customers if their booking will be late.
- Ringback Message: Enter a custom ringback message to send to customers if their booking will be late.
