The settings section allows you to customise your Delivery Point settings.
To manage your settings:
- Press the Settings button within the left-hand menu.
This will then display all the following tabs.
General
The General tab is where you can configure what information should be displayed to customers on the Passenger App.
The following settings can be configured:
- Phone Number: Enter the primary phone number for contacting your business.
- Website URL: Enter the URL for your business if you have a website.
- Opening Hours: Enter the opening hours of your business.
- Description: Enter a basic description to describe your business.
- Type of Business: Use the toggles to select which type of business this delivery point is.
Note: Please ensure you press the "Save" button after making any changes.
System
The System tab is used to manage order automation, sounds and the use of a paired printer to print out receipts.
The following settings can be configured:
- Pair a printer: By pressing this button, you will then have the option to pair a printer via Bluetooth for printing receipts.
- Auto-print on accept order: If enabled, receipts will automatically be printed when an order is accepted.
- Number of receipts: Used to set the number of receipts to be printed per order (e.g. 2, one for the customer and one for the business).
- Auto-book order: If enabled, orders will automatically be booked for delivery.
- Auto-accept order: If enabled, incoming orders will automatically be accepted.
- Repeat incoming order sound: Enable to repeat the notification sound for an incoming order until it has been accepted or rejected.
Sources
The Sources tab is used to manage external services you have integrated with your Delivery Point.
The following settings can be configured:
- Yelo Integration:
- Enable Integration: If enabled, your Delivery Point will be linked to your Yelo restaurant and can receive orders from the restaurant.
