The History section is where you will find completed and cancelled orders.
To view your order history:
- Press on the History button found in the top right.
This will then display all your past orders.
Completed
The Completed tab will display all the orders that have been completed through Delivery Point.
Cancelled
The Cancelled tab will display all the orders that have been cancelled.
Filters
To filter the past orders:
- Press the Today button.
- Set the Date and-or Time.
- Then press Set.
View order
To view the details of a past order:
- Press on an order from the list.
The order details will then be displayed.
Items
The Items tab will display the items included in the order.
Contact
The Contact tab will display any contact information that was provided by a customer.
Delivery
The Delivery tab will display the delivery address, mileage, and route taken by a driver to complete the delivery.
Note: You can print a receipt for the order by pressing the (Printer) icon.
