How to turn off penalties for drivers?

To turn off penalties for drivers:

1. Login to Autocab 365.
2. Go to Management > Drivers / Vehicles > Driver Companion > Global Settings > Acceptance.
3. Under the "Reject Mode" and "Recover Mode" sections, toggle the "Move To Reject Zone" setting to disabled.
4. Under the "Reject Penalty Times" and "Recover Penalty Times" sections, click "Edit" and set the penalty times to zero.
5. Under the "No Fare Mode" section, set the "No Fare Penalty Time" to zero.
6. Then click Save.
