To set up a new text campaign:
- Login to Autocab 365.
- Go to Management > Passengers > Passenger Communication > Text Campaign.
- Click on the "Settings" tab.
- Toggle to enable the "Enable text campaign" setting.
- Configure the default settings.
- Then click "Save".
- Next, click on the "Campaigns" tab.
- Click on the "Add" button.
- Configure a new campaign.
- Then click "Create".
If done correctly, your campaign will be pushed to customers at the set start time.
