To reduce the ringback time when calling a passenger:
- Login to Autocab 365.
- Go to Management > Passengers > Passenger Communication > Ringback.
- Under the "Ringback Configuration" section, change the following settings:
LandLine Call Time (sec): Set how long the phone will ring for when a driver uses the ringback command to a landline.
Mobile Call Time (sec): Set how long the phone will ring for when a driver uses the ringback command to a mobile.
Call Request Expire Time (sec): Set how long the phone will ring until cancelled due to no connection. - Then click Save.
The ringback time will now be updated to the new time values.
