To track support tickets you've submitted:
- Login to Autocab Help.
- Click on your name at the top right.
- Click on "Requests" from the dropdown menu.
- Then click on the "My Requests" tab.
Any tickets you've submitted will be displayed here, including the subject, reference ID, timestamps, and status.
